David Hannion has been working for Medecins Sans Frontiers since 2002. He started in the field as polyvalent technical coordinator and since 2010 he is in charge of telecommunications.He has been part of the emergency response team in different outbreak such as Cholera, Ebola, earthquakes, flood, Typhon and many others.He has a University Degree in electronics and in engineering for local development and counts with a radio license recognised internationally that allows him to experiment in the radio frequencies field.
