Lucia Scopelliti has been working for the Comune di Milano since 2009 in the areas of social policy, social innovation, sharing economy and other initiatives in place to support innovative startups. She is currently responsible for the Smart City Office, Department of Employment, Economic Development and University in the Municipality of Milan.Previous posts held: Intern at the OECD, Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, Paris; Consultant at FAO, Rome. She is the author of several publications in international scientific journals and currently teaches at the Master in Management and Innovation of Public Administration at the Catholic University of Milan.
