Rosanna Kurrer is Cofounder and Managing Director of CyberWayFinder, a startup that brings innovation into the field of cyber security by offering a training and mentorship program that aims to attract new talent and increase diversity in the growing industry.She is also a creative confidence coach and passionate design thinker, leading Design Thinking workshops in the context of developing innovative corporate strategies, as well as the Design Thinking Your Professional Life career seminar series. She is an Architectural Engineer by training and holds a Masters Degree in Building Physics from Kyoto University in Japan. As EU Code Week Ambassador and MIT Master Trainer, Rosanna has led development of innovative, hands-on curricula to promote the uptake of digital skills, and regularly designs and leads hands-on, result-oriented workshops in the areas of computer programming, mobile app development, data visualisationand 3D design.
