David Hannion has been working forMedecins Sans Frontiers since 2002. He started in the field as polyvalenttechnical coordinator and since 2010 he is in charge of telecommunications.He has been part of the emergencyresponse team in different outbreak such as Cholera, Ebola, earthquakes, flood,Typhon and many others.He has a University Degree in electronics and in engineering for localdevelopment and counts with a radio license recognised internationally thatallows him to experiment in the radio frequencies field
